Approximately 40 acres west of Lake Alvin in Lincoln County was developed into lake-view residential lots. InfrastructureDG coordinated with the owner and Lincoln County to develop the subdivision layout and complete a final design for the entire area. The improvements included asphalt surfaced roadways, water main, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street lights. InfrastructureDG determined hydrologic data and modeled the existing and proposed hydraulic conditions to complete the storm sewer design.
