The City of Watertown commissioned professional services in order to develop a Comprehensive use plan/Master Plan for the area including and surrounding Lake Kampeska. The InfrastructureDG team developed a master plan which addresses many issues currently experienced in and around the lake. The master plan included planning for design and construction of the remaining trail phases around the southeast part of the lake. Transportation Alternative Program funding was used to design and construct the remaining phases. All phases are expected to be complete by 2024.
