InfrastructureDG was hired by the City of Sioux Falls to provide construction administration and observation services for the milling and overlay of 69th Street from Minnesota Avenue to Cliff Avenue.69th Street is a major arterial for the City of Sioux Falls requiring a high level of coordination between the owner, users, contractor, and adjacent businesses and residences.  The project improvements included repairs to sanitary sewer, water main valves, patching of potholes, crack sealing, traffic control, milling and overlay of the entire mile corridor, and ADA improvements at intersections.   Construction observation and administration services included; project newsletters, coordination with adjacent property owners, daily reports, material assurance and testing coordination, proper material application, adherence to specifications and application procedures, punch list, pay requests, change orders, and final closeout.
